At Slay, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.
RETURNS
Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
· Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or you can request an exchange for another style.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@slay.lk or call +0112 279 804 to initiate your exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Customers are responsible for the return courier fee.
EXCHANGES
Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as listed under “Returns.”
· Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or you can request an exchange for another style.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

- Indicate the size, color, or item you wish to receive in exchange.
- Follow the same return procedure as above to send back the original item.
- Once the original item is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched. Standard shipping charges may apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
- We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet the stated conditions.
