At Slay, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.

RETURNS

Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 3 days from date of delivery.
  • Refunds are accepted :
    * For items that are received damaged
    * Unavailable stocks due to size exchange
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@slay.lk or call +0112 279 804 to initiate your exchange.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Customers are responsible for the return courier fee.

EXCHANGES

Eligibility:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must meet the same condition requirements as listed under “Returns.”

·        Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or you can request an exchange for another style.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Sale items, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@slay.lk or call +0112 279 804 to initiate your return
2. Indicate the size, color, or item you wish to receive in exchange.
3. Follow the same return procedure as above to send back the original item.
4. Once the original item is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched. Standard shipping charges may apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
• All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
• We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet the stated conditions.
